COLONEL GRAY: TED PALMER AWARD Awarded to the Colonel Gray music student who Most Exemplifies Colonel Grey Music Spirit. I was shocked and honoured to be presented with this award at my highschool graduation. I also received $100 which felt like $100,000 at the time.
